Why not also try to make a spinning wheel. When I visited St. Fagans to see the stick chairs I asked to see the archive of spinning wheels. I took pictures so I can return and take much more detailed notes and prepare a method of building and a materials list.

At the moment I believe I will make the felloes with steam bent oak. To to that I will CNC a mold from scrap plywood. I will also need to build a steam bender.

For this project I will need a steam bender, wood, and make a mold.
