Sardine Can Coffee Table

I got a wild hair to build a sardine can and completely forgot to take photos of a large majority of the process.
I taught myself how to kerf to be able to bring the wood around the corners.
The legs in the photos are not the legs it will have when it is finished, the plan is to woodturn some fat squished little legs like you would see on a 80’s couch.

The plan was for the object to end up in my living room, unfortunately my living room is much to small for it, but it makes a fabulous work clothing holder until it finds a good home.
